Pockets Full Of Why sells digital products: PDF downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because a digital file can’t be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read each product’s description and preview before you buy.
If something goes wrong, we’ll help.
We want you to be able to use what you bought. Contact us via the Contact Form within 30 days of your purchase and we will:
- Resend your download link if it didn’t arrive or has expired.
- Replace your file if it is corrupted, won’t open, or is missing pages.
- Correct your order if you were charged twice by mistake.
Please include your name, the email address you used to buy, and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 4 business days.
A few notes:
- Digital products are for personal and classroom use. Please don’t share, resell, or post them online.
- We cannot offer a refund because you changed your mind, bought the wrong product, or didn’t open the file.
- Payments for digital products are handled by Stripe. If you see a charge you don’t recognize, please email us first so we can sort it out quickly.
